Service Charges

Service Charges are included within the total rent. These fees are established to fund the different services Quantum Housing Association provide to maintain the quality of the living spaces. These services may include:

  • Gardening
  • Cleaning of communal areas
  • Window cleaning
  • Pest control
  • Providing heating and lighting in shared spaces
  • Periodic redecorating
  • Supplying furniture

Tenancy Sustainment

The purpose of tenancy sustainment services is to help tenants effectively address any challenges they may face in fulfilling their rental agreement, thereby enabling them to stay in their homes. Our priority is to help solve these problems. Issues we help manage can range from supporting tenants to keep their house clean, rent payment and claiming Housing Benefits to working with relevant professionals to manage anti-social behaviour and minimize property damage, and much more.

Anti-Social Behaviour

QHA treat Antisocial Behaviour with the utmost seriousness. We strongly believe and have plenty of experience in collaborating with tenants, social workers, neighbours, local authorities, police, support providers, and other relevant parties to properly manage and address all Anti Social Behaviour cases and enforce tenancy conditions. We also host Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and Tenant Welfare meetings to make decisions regarding the treatment of individual service users.

Rent Payment

If the tenant struggles to make their rent payments, Quantum Housing Association can provide suitable assistance. This support might involve aiding the tenant in claiming their full Housing Benefit, establishing a payment plan and budget, and coordinating with local authorities, support providers, and other organizations.
